Your article is a good piece of work on business communication among Indian entrepreneur and It would be wrong to deny that yes there are some business cultural difference when one does a business in India from other geographies. However, it would be absolutely wrong to say that the Indian managers have a poor soft skills or communication gateways. Just to refresh your memories that most of the top corporations of the world hire managers from India. The Indian B- schools are best in the world and produce the top brass of managers in the world. Please do a recheck on the information available with you.
Most of the website designing work is being done by Indian and not by Americans or British. I can give you hundreds of e.g. where websites are designed by non Indian professional and believe me those website are pathetic in their looks as well as in contents. Once again I would advise you to do a recheck on the same before you come with another article. 
