Hats off to the govt. & the Engineers who initiated 9 years back & successfully completed. The Finance part of it is worthy (Rs.1600 crores). Compared with Mayawati bulding her own statues across the state for Rs.1000 crore. Highly stupid & the Govt itself is wasting the public money for their own wellness. It is dedly opposible.
